Join us and you will handle a variety of duties, including database/paper records management, handling enquiries and some financial management tasks. We will also expect you to provide an efficient support service at meetings by receiving and distributing papers, making room bookings and arranging catering. Other duties will include preparing data for the production of specific management information, and liaising with external service suppliers regarding service delivery and contract administration.
Coming to us with some professional work experience as an administrator, preferably related to similar activities, you will need advanced level IT skills in standard packages and a well organised approach to your work.
