It is not an adapted villa, it was architect designed from scratch, and features indoor heated pool  (26 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius, you choose,) with pool hoist and moveable hoist, for rent in Paphos, Cyprus


Unlike many disabled friendly properties, our rates are very reasonable and include the pool heating and central heating. Although the 4 bedroom house has 2 optional studios, you can just book the house, and the studios will remain unlet

Villa Ampelitis is situated in a traditional village where you can still enjoy and sample the traditional Cypriot way of life, yet be within easy striking distance of Paphos and its beaches. The owners Nick and Nicole are on hand to offer the personal touch and can meet you at Paphos Airport and escort you to the villa with your Cy Breeze Car Hire.

In summer the pool house glass doors can slide open to allow direct access to the sun terraces where you can bask in the glorious sunshine and enjoy your wonderful views.

Villa Ampelitis can be rented to you as follows: Main house alone with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms for 2-8 persons. Sole use of all facilities.

Optional: 2 identical studios for 2-4 persons each, bookable by you only.

A minibus with ramp/lift can be arranged for Transfers and Excursions too. (Chargeable)

We at Sundance Villas, along with our owners, will do our utmost to ensure that you have everything you need to be comfortable. We can also help with hire of disability aids including mobility scooters, wheelchairs etc. and your Representative can arrange Excursions that have been tailor made to suit the less able, and these include boat trips (with hoist), scuba diving, jet skiing, wineries, Akamas National Park and Troodos. (Roll in, lock down feature available for wheelchairs in the minibus.)

On a further positive note, Paphos Harbour with its old fort, wonderful mosaics and waterside tavernas underwent a transformation in 2008 and is now flat and pedestrianised, as is quaint Polis Town centre, and many shops and restaurants now have level entry with wheelchair access.
