Situated within reach of Sandringham, the historic market town of Swaffham, King's Lynn and the Roman road, Peddlars Way. Local amenities include a Pub and Restaurant within half a mile, shops within a mile and a number of Trout Lakes in the local area.

Bed and Breakfast available ensuite, with use of all facilities.

All our properties cater for the partially disabled, while Threshing Barn caters for the fully disabled, with full wheelchair access.
