We are a small family business that understand the expectations and needs of our guests. Holidays for all truly means that we provide luxury holiday accommodation to suit able body and disabled persons alike in Norfolk
The first two of our cottages have been completed for the 2011 holiday session (Sunny & Hunny). We will be developing more property on-going with our next development due for completion at the end of 2011.
There are two adjoining luxury properties SUNNY (sleeps two people) & HUNNY (sleeps 6 people). The two properties can be let separately or together and have been fully refurbished. This holiday retreat is the perfect way for a disabled person and companion to get away on holiday in the property SUNNY.
Additional family and friends (up to 6 people) can be accommodated in the property HUNNY. There is an adjoining sound proof lockable door that connects the two properties.
SUNNY is luxury fully equipped Level 1 disability holiday home in Hunstanton Norfolk. It has been completed to a very high standard using the best equipment. All facilities are on the ground floor with level access throughout.
HUNNY is a luxury holiday home in Hunstanton Norfolk that has been designed to sleep 6 people with two upstairs bedrooms and a ground floor sofa bed. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, allowing residents of SUNNY full access to the ground floor of HUNNY
Accommodation Details
SUNNY
Sunny is a level 1 disabled facility. Accommodation is provided in two large rooms, room one is the bedroom and wet room area and room two is the kitchen/lounge/dining area.
Bedroom:
The room has one electric profiling & height adjustable bed (INVACARE) & One standard single bed. Additionally there is a Freeway Ceiling Hoist with one large sling provided, the hoist gives access to the profiling bed and the wetroom, also giving easy access to your wheelchair. Ceiling fans are fitted to give extra comfort on those warm evenings. The floor is finished in Altro wood effect non slip hard surface flooring. A walking frame and perch stool is also available upon request. Wardrobe and draws are provided. Enjoy warm towels from the heated towel rail.
Wet-Room:
This room has a fold down shower seat and self propelled shower chair with commode option (freeway T50). Wall mounted bathroom sink with lever taps. Disabled high level toilet. Hard Altro Aqua flooring for wheelchair use. The ceiling hoist gives access into the wet-room, terminating over the toilet. There is also a perch stool if required. The shower is an electric power shower with water temperature and pressure adjustment. The room is fitted with an emergency alarm system & air ventilation system.
Living Area / Kitchen:
This area has been designed so that you are able to socialise whilst in the kitchen adjoining the living area. The kitchen is a low level fully equipped kitchen, Microwave oven, Cooker & Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher. Washing machine & Tumble dryer. Dining room/lounge area Electric raise & lower arm chair, one standard arm chair, table and chairs, Television and DVD/CD player. The room has french doors leading to the large private garden. Both Sunny and Hunny have private gardens.
HUNNY
Hunny adjoins the disabled facility with a lockable sound proof door. Accommodation is provided with a lounge with separate dining room and separate kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom.
Kitchen:
Is fully equipped for self catering, microwave oven, cooker & hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, kettle & toaster.
Dining room:
Table and chairs to seat 6 people & furnishings.
Lounge:
Double sofa bed, arm chair & Sofa, television, DVD/CD player & furnishings.
Bedroom 1:
One double bed & furnishings.
Bedroom 2:
Two single beds & furnishings.
Family bathroom:
Luxury massage shower cabin, toilet, wash basin. Enjoy warm towels from the heated towel rail.
Garden:
The garden is fully private to Hunny and provides the perfect place to relax on sunny days. There is an outside dining table and chairs and a BBQ for summer outdoor cooking.
