Award winning barn conversion on our family farm in Lincolnshire. Nine two and three bedroom self-catering cottages set round a pretty courtyard garden with BBQ area.

 All cottages are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with modern kitchens, wooden floors, leather sofas, flat screen wall mounted TVs, free view and DVD. Bed Linen, Towels, Electric and Heating all included.

 Level access from large tarmac car park to all cottages,  outside seating areas with wooden garden furniture, five cottages have wet room showers suitable for wheelchair users and four cottages have connecting doors in the lounge area making them popular with groups.

 Set in over 18 acres of grassland with a wildflower meadow and walks round two private fishing lakes for guests to enjoy. Short walk to the local pub for good food.  Two miles from from the market town of Boston and a short drive to the beaches of Skegness.
