Prime landscaped position with ramp to caravan and south-facing veranda with pleasant open aspect. (Table, chairs, parasol.)

Gas Central Heating all rooms, double-glazed, wide doorways.

Sleeps 4-6. 2 bedrooms and pull-out double bed in lounge.

Twin-bedroom with electric ceiling track hoist. One bed is electric hi/lo/cot-side/pressure relief mattress. Over-bed table, TV/freeview.

Wheel-in shower, disabled toilet. Shower/toileting chair/commode with full/horseshoe cushions.

Second twin-bedroom with TV

Spacious lounge. TV/freeview/DVD

Galley kitchen, all mod cons

Large lockable storage box. (for spare manual hoist, chairs etc.)
