Cotswold Charm holiday cottages

The Cotswolds is a unique area of the UK for which there is no comparison anywhere in the world. It posses charm and a character which has established it as one of the most popular & appealing destinations in England, to which visitors return year after year.

Cotswold Charm Holiday Cottages are based at Top Farm in Chipping Campden. Blind Lane itself, is part of the old tranquil hamlet of Westington, only a 5-minute walk of the shops and Chipping Campden's delightfully curved High Street

The holiday cottages are managed and run by Michael, Margaret and Stephen Haines under the careful eye of their mother Elsie. Established in May 2000 with Stable and Mill House Cottages, September 2005 will see the completion of Rick and Barn Cottages built from the local honey-coloured Cotswold stone from Stanleys Quarry, which is less than a mile away.

Special attention has been paid to the two new cottages, which cater for both the disabled and the able-bodied. For the disabled, considerable support has been provided for guests with a range of disabilities.

Both cottages offer minimal allergen/dust levels via central vacuum cleaner/ heat-recovery units that filter incoming/recycled air. Our website provides links to the suppliers of specialist care, hoists and ready-made meals, etc.

Specifically, Rick Cottage's ground floor comprises completely wheelchair accessible kitchen, ensuite wet-room & twin/double zip-up beds, lounge and conservatory. Kitchen features a rise/fall table (sink and an induction hob) controlled by the touch of a button.

Ensuite-rooms raise the sleeping capacity to six, making this cottage a superb base for the family, with or without a wheelchair.

Barn Cottage's provides accommodation for 6 in a similar layout. Although not completely wheelchair accessible, it does support guests with sight & hearing impairments, etc.

All our cottages are non-smoking, thoroughly cleaned between changes, have delightful gardens, ample off-street parking (2 cars). Heating, linen and towels included in the charge. Pets, with the exception of guide dogs (note small cleaning charge) are not allowed.

Top Farm provides an excellent base and location with its lovely gardens, orchard and views for both disabled and able-bodied families who wish to explore and enjoy the many delights of Chipping Campden and the Cotswolds.
Hidcote Gardens and the Rare Breeds Trust Farm a few of the many attractions within a 5 - 10 minute drive with Chipping Campden providing a wide range of culinary delights. Stratford upon Avon is 12 miles away.
