Dartsmouth near Devon - Browns Farm Cottages

Laurie is a local builder and has converted the old stone buildings to form four holiday cottages. Each of the cottages is very different as we have sought to retain the character of each original building even if this did mean accommodating a tree in the middle of one of them.

The cottages are equipped to a very high standard and they all have full oil fired central heating. Each cottage has its own separate access, parking and garden or sitting out area. Two of the cottages have Grade II Accessible disabled access. Our cottages sleep 4, 6, 9 and 10 people. All are very spacious making them ideal for extended families . Two of the cottages can be combined to fit in a party of 16 people together. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Browns Farm is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and is surrounded by some of South Devon's most stunning country and coastal scenery. A huge variety of walks and activities are available nearby.
