My name's Jo, I'm 35 years old and I live independently, with the  help of 24hr carers, in Bedfordshire.  I have Spina Bifida and am a  full-time wheelchair-user.  

My interests include socialising,  listening to music, going to the cinema and theatre and using theinternet.  I'm shy until I get to know people, but when I do I have a  great personality.
